Qq188 was built with one clear goal: to be the most trusted, most user-friendly and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for Malaysian users. We are not just another gambling website – we are a community of more than 250,000 active members who share a passion for slots, Live Casino, Poker, badminton and Sports Betting.
Our Story
Qq188 started in 2018 with a small team of seven — all of us avid sports and online gaming fans who were frustrated with the platform options available to Malaysian users at the time. Most foreign platforms back then simply didn't understand local needs: they didn't support Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, their content had no relevance to the Malaysian context, customer support wasn't available in Bahasa Melayu, and deposits and withdrawals could take days to process.
We believed we could do better than that. And that's exactly what we did.
Qq188 was built from the ground up with a single focus: the Malaysian user. Every product decision, every payment integration, every game provider partnership, and every customer support policy was made by asking the same question: is this the best we can do for our Malaysian members? The result is a platform that feels like it was made just for you — because it was.
Over seven years, qq188 has grown from a small platform with a few hundred users into a community of more than 250,000 active members across every state in Malaysia – from Perlis to Sabah, from Kelantan to Johor. Every month, tens of thousands of new members join the qq188 family, drawn by the platform's reputation for transparency, fairness and a genuine commitment to player satisfaction.
We are not perfect and we have never claimed to be. Every complaint received, every piece of member feedback and every technical issue reported is taken seriously and used to improve the platform. A commitment to continuous improvement is part of qq188's DNA – and it is what keeps us relevant and trusted by our community after seven years.
Mission & Vision
Qq188's mission is straightforward but meaningful: we want to ensure that every Malaysian who chooses qq188 as their entertainment platform gets the best experience possible – from the moment they register to the moment they withdraw their winnings.
This means a platform that runs smoothly without technical disruptions, fast and reliable payment processing, fair and transparent games, and customer support that genuinely helps when you need it.
Qq188 aims to become synonymous with responsible online entertainment in Malaysia — a platform chosen not because there's no alternative, but because it is genuinely the best across every dimension that matters to local users.
This vision requires us to keep innovating, keep listening to member feedback and keep investing in the technology and people that enable us to deliver a world-class service.

Our Story
Seven years is no small stretch in a fast-moving industry like technology. Each year has brought new challenges, new opportunities, and lessons that have continued to shape qq188 into the platform you use today.
We are proud of this journey – not because everything went smoothly, but because every challenge we faced made us stronger, wiser and more attuned to what our members truly need.
Core Values
These values are not just words on paper – they are the daily guide for every qq188 team member when making decisions that affect our community.
More About qq188
One thing we often hear from new qq188 members is how different the platform is from what they expected. Many arrive with low expectations based on bad experiences elsewhere — complicated sign-up processes, bonuses with hidden conditions, unresponsive customer support, and withdrawals that take days. When they discover that qq188 is genuinely different, many go on to become long-term loyal members.
Trust cannot be bought with advertising spend or empty promises – it has to be earned through consistent action over time. qq188 has built that trust over seven years in the most straightforward way possible: do what you promise, pay out winnings promptly, treat every member as an individual, and handle problems with full integrity when they arise.
On the technology front, qq188 continually invests in infrastructure that keeps the platform stable and reliable. This includes distributed servers across multiple locations to ensure low latency for users throughout Malaysia — from KL to Kuching, from Kota Bharu to Kota Kinabalu. We also use a CDN (Content Delivery Network) optimised for Malaysian coverage, so live casino streaming runs smoothly even on slower internet connections.
On the games content side, qq188 partners with world-class providers while ensuring our game portfolio stays relevant to local tastes. That means you will find popular Asian titles such as Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, Teen Patti and Baccarat in multiple variants – not just a collection skewed toward European or American markets. Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin-speaking live casino dealers are prioritised to deliver a more familiar experience for Malaysian players.
When it comes to Sports Betting, qq188 understands that Malaysians share a deep emotional connection with certain sports. Badminton is a source of national pride, and qq188 offers badminton coverage that goes well beyond what most platforms provide — with a +5% odds bonus on all BWF matches, a wider range of bet types, and comprehensive player statistics. For football, the Malaysia Super League receives the same level of coverage as the EPL and the Champions League — because we know there are qq188 players who can name every Harimau Malaya player long before they could name a European star.
Ultimately, qq188 believes that a healthy online entertainment industry in Malaysia requires every player in the space – including platforms like ours – to uphold high standards of game integrity, user protection and responsible business practices. We are not perfect, but we are always working to do better. The continued support of our loyal qq188 member community is our greatest motivation to keep improving and to deliver the best possible experience to each of our 250,000 active members.
